This classic gin cocktail is extremely simple but delicious.
The five ingredients you will need:
Spectral Gin
Rootside Craft Tonic Concentrate mix
Ice
Soda water
Garnish
First off is 2oz of our Spectral Gin made by vapour infusion. Prominent notes of juniper and coriander, with notes of citrus, hints of asia and four other botanicals.
We use Rootside Craft Tonic (available on our store) which we then add 1.5oz (1 part)
Next comes the ice and pour your sparkling water (5 parts) over the ice slowly then gently stir.
The final and best step is the garnish, we recommend slices of lemon, lime and cucumber and a sprig of rosemary.
